Slytherin’s Pistachio Cake

Ingredients:

For the cake:

400 g (1 and ½ cups) sugar

400 g (1 and ½ cups) soft butter

6 eggs

250 g (1 cup) icing sugar

300 g (10,5 oz) flour

100 g (3,5 oz) bitter cocoa

250 g (1 cup) chopped walnuts

For the glaze:

30 g (2 tbsp) bitter cocoa

90 g (6 tbsp) icing sugar

4 or 5 spoons whole milk

pistachios to taste
