sOnce you have developed your Azure function and have deployed it to the production environment, you must ensure that it is always ready to wake up if triggered and is doing its job as expected. In fact, you need to keep tabs on any failures and get alerts whenever the function goes down. You should have enough logs and metrics to debug issues and unexpected behavior for Azure functions in a production environment. Monitoring helps you to observe the execution behavior of an Azure function, and logs will provide you with the proper context in which you can debug Azure function failures and exceptions.
