Like an underwear model,
So . . . I had no choice.
It was 4 a.m.
I saw him naked, eating,
And it felt like love.
My mindâs petals plucked
He loves me? He loves me not?
Ad infinitum.
The single girlâs life
Is not a Cathy cartoon.
Itâs much funnier.
âHemlines and haircuts.â
Sure, but when did we decide
To stop wearing pants?
I thought with age came
If not a good man, good skin?
None of the above.
Some advice, ladies:
When you wear wedge heels and shorts
You just look like whores.
