As mentioned in the introduction: the future is digital, and itâs customer-centric. The online space is as competitive as any other space, especially if you donât have a huge budget for testing.
You need to get ready to invest more money online, but you also need to take your marketing to the next level offline, to connect with your customers like never before.
Many online marketers trick you into thinking that everything is online and you need to create a ton of Facebook posts to reach your customers.
So, from their perspective, even if you havenât sold anything in months, you may have a great engagement, so you should be satisfied.
I am not one of those: I want you to sell and make money.
As I said, I love the old currency. And I want you to get results.
So far, we talked about your mindset, marketing principles, marketing tricks and techniques, customer acquisition and client management, business structure and costs.
