Strive to continually learn on the job and always attend company events

If you want to be successful and sustain your earnings in your Network Marketing career, then at no point will you ever be ready to stop learning. A professional Network Marketer works to continually develop their skills and enhance their knowledge of the business. This can easily be done if you make the effort to consistently attend key company events.

It may sound daunting, but you need to make a commitment to attend every single event organized by your company. Not got the funds? Find them. Not got the time or can’t find a babysitter? Make it work. If you are serious about making a success of your business, the insight and inspiration you will gain from these events will more than make up for any temporary financial loss or inconvenience you may experience.

Early on in his Network Marketing career, Eric Worre bumped into one of the top earners at an event that Worre himself could barely afford to attend. He plucked up the courage to ask this individual for the secret to his success. The top earner explained that he had witnessed thousands of people turning up at events and not returning. He then revealed that the hundreds who did make the effort to return each and every time were now the highest earners—so if Worre continued to come back to the events, he would eventually become a top earner, too.

It sounds simple, but ultimately it makes sense: just showing up to these events will reinforce your commitment, and what you learn will translate back into your efforts when you return home. So, when you are at any event, make the most of it by taking the time to speak to leading professionals in attendance and seek to truly understand how they have been successful so that you can model their behavior. These events also provide the perfect opportunity to expand your current network. If there are no events coming up, be proactive and arrange to meet up with your recruiter to pick their brains—or consider setting up your own event.

Regularly surrounding yourself with successful Network Marketing professionals is not only the best way to learn, but it will help you to remain inspired and motivated about your future in Network Marketing. So go to as many company events as you can and learn from the top earners in your industry.
