The podcast works because it's real, it's funny, it's relaxed, and it conveys a message of value. Look it up on iTunes and you'll see that we have more than two million downloads. Why? because our podcast is real. Oh, it's rated âEâ because every once in a while we'll swear. But you know what the bottom line is? It's us and it's real information that people can use right now, and we interview cool people. You'll love the episodes.

POWERFUL PODCAST INSIGHT: Invite your customers to be guests on your podcast. Get their CEO to talk about leadership and business philosophy. What do you think is going to happen as a result? Guests will send the episode to everybody. Everyone will see them on a podcast with you. Your audience will grow. Others will request to be guests. It's a solid win for everyone.
NOT SO FAST: You have to be ready to podcast. You have to have the right equipment, broadcast with the right software, use the right recording format, appear on the right platform â for a start. Why aren't you doing a live broadcast on Facebook? I did one every morning for months. Go to my Facebook page. I have two Facebook pages. I didn't know what I was doing in the beginning, but there's one with kind of a serious picture of me. That's my public page, and every morning at 9:59 a.m. for five months I did a live broadcast, thousands of people were there from all over the world â every day.
It started out with about five people. And it grew, based on the message and word of mouth, to hundreds of people every single morning. By the end of any week, thousands of people have watched and rewatched every episode. SECRET: Then we repurposed the daily live broadcast and posted the daily message on all my other social media platforms.
