This last section touches on how to enforce a slightly higher-level business rule through the type system:

A user can go into an overdrawn state (draw out more funds than they have in their account). But after the account has become overdrawn, the user can’t draw out any more funds (although they can still deposit funds). After the balance returns to a non-negative state, the user can withdraw funds once again.
