42 DOMINANT NEGATIVE THOUGHT PATTERNS (DNTPs)

Thoughts are like an open ocean, they can either move you forward within its waves, or sink you under deep into its abyss.

—ANTHONY LICCIONE

In Chapter 3, Troubled Minds: A Family History, you had an opportunity to see the high price paid when Grandma Annie, her daughter Rose, and her grandson Allen marinated in their subconscious dominant negative thought patterns. These destructive unconscious patterns were passed on from generation to generation. I hope that the Brown family history has helped to heighten your awareness, acknowledgment, and acceptance of DNTPs in other people’s lives. Now it’s time to act and turn the spotlight on your life.

Your “mission possible,” should you choose to accept it, is to clear out all of the files related to the dominant negative thought patterns that you are holding in your mind. You will know the pattern is active if, when you read the definition of the pattern or the “In Other Words” section, a wave of discordant energy is triggered in your body. You will also know that the pattern is active if you have actually heard yourself speak the words from the “Internal Dialogue” section. I recommend that you work with one DNTP at a time. If you work consistently, you should be able to clear a DNTP within two to four daily sessions.
