Marshmallow Frosting

A gooey, fluffy, and glossy marshmallow frosting that everyone will love!

Makes: Approx. 4 cups

Prep: 5 mins

Cook: 15 mins

Ingredients:

4 egg whites

3 cups white sugar

2/3 cup water, cold

3 tsp light corn syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

Place egg whites, sugar, water and corn syrup in a double boiler and beat until well combined. Cook over boiling water and using an electric mixer, beat the mixture while it cooks. Beat for 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Remove.

Add in the mini marshmallows and vanilla and beat until all the marshmallows are melted and frosting is smooth.

Frosting is now ready to be used.
