Method
Melt 4 tbsp butter and water in a saucepan until it boils
Remove from heat and whisk in the salt and flour
Return to low heat until the mixture is thickened and does not stick to the sides of the pot
Allow it to cool and whisk the egg inside and scoop it into a piping bag
Pipe into rods and bake in a preheated oven until they are almost double in size
Meanwhile, beat the cream pastry, and pipe into the choux pastry using a pinpoint tip
Spread the chocolate over the pastry and serve
