Instructions:

Preheat oven to 390°F.

Grease a 24-hole muffin tin.

Combine the sifted flour and baking powder into a bowl.

Next add the cheeses, herbs, and sugar.

Grab a jug.

Whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

Pour the batter into your muffin tin.

Back them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Recipe 16: Olive and Rosemary Muffins

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 24 servings

This is such a classically yummy combination. It really is the perfect savory muffin in my eyes. It goes nicely with a glass of wine, too. Who would have thought?

List of Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of plain flour

2/3 cup of polenta

1 ½ tsp. of baking powder

1 tsp. of salt

1 egg – free range

1 cup of milk

¼ cup of olive oil

1/3 cup of black olives

2 or more garlic cloves – crushed

2 tsp. of fresh rosemary – chopped – plus some extra sprigs for serving
