“A ring? That has to be the Eye of Artonia” said Si. “And you have the Orbis?! That’s great news. Maybe we can get home!” he said, walking over to Finn and putting his hand on his shoulder.

Finn’s breathing became faster. His father was actually standing next to him, touching him. He wanted to know him better.

“What is the Eye of Artonia?” asked Finn.

“PJ, correct me if I’m wrong, but the Eye of Artonia is an ancient gem that can trap souls forever. Legend has it, it used to be the real eye of a wicked enchantress that was betrayed by her twin sister. So she sacrificed her own sight to trap her sister’s soul, because the eyes are the windows to the soul. She enchanted her eye and turned it to stone, thus becoming the Eye of Artonia. My Elvelonian folklore is a little rusty.”
