Listen to broadcasts in easy English on the BBC (British Broadcasting Service, http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/), VOA (Voice of America, http://learningenglish.voanews.com/), or Radio Australia (http://australianetwork.com/learningenglish/). If the level of English is difficult for you, try listening to the same stories (for example, international news) in your own language first; then you will already know the basic content. You can even check key content words in a dictionary first to prepare yourself.
