CHAPTER SIX

DUNGEON LOOT

….

Dave had just enough time to see that the zombies were coming out of another dark passageway when they attacked! He stepped to the side, making sure he wouldn’t accidentally hit Matt. One zombie followed him and he swung his sword at it.

Hit! The zombie fell back with an “aie!” sound. Dave gave it two more hits as it stumbled back at him. Then, he ran over to hit the last zombie at the same time Matt did. It gurgled and vanished, dropping nothing but a piece of rotten flesh.

Dave wrinkled his nose at it. “They all came out of there,” he said, pointing out the passageway to Matt. “You think…?”

Another growl echoed in the darkness. “I think you’re right,” Matt said, holding his sword up and getting ready.

Together, they said, “Dungeon!”

As two more zombies appeared, Dave moved to the side again. He gulped and then switched his sword for a handful of torches. He’d trust Matt to protect him so that he could take care of the zombie spawner this dungeon seemed to hold.

MINECRAFT DUNGEONS HAVE A 50 PERCENT CHANCE OF HOLDING A ZOMBIE SPAWNER, A 25 PERCENT CHANCE OF HOLDING A SKELETON SPAWNER, AND A 25 PERCENT CHANCE OF HOLDING A SPIDER SPAWNER.
