During the time Rick was designing projects for this book, he was invited to teach in London and was very excited about it—“chuffed to bits,” as they say. So London was on our minds while working on the travel chapter, and we knew the iconic double-decker bus would make a fantastic cake. The Union Jack flag in the background gives the cake the right spirit and makes for a striking design.
