By taxi: Taxis are relatively cheap and easy to find.

By other means: There’s a decent intercity bus service with stops all over the city, along with combis, or minivans run by collectives, which are a safe, if crowded, means of transportation. On the more touristy side, you can hop on a Turibus (www.turibus.com.mx), the bright red single-deck or double-decker buses that cover many of the city’s points of interest, or hail a calesa, or horse-drawn carriage, in the Plaza Grande. A romantic hourlong tour will take you through the city center and along Paseo Montejo.
