1 Use the ruler and pencil to divide the paper into eight long strips, each 1 inch wide and 11 inches long. There will be a strip of paper a half-inch wide left over. Cut out each strip.

2 Use two strips to make two separate circles. Bend the strips around and tape the ends together.

3 Use two more strips to make two separate squares. Starting at one end of each strip, measure and mark lines 2½ inches apart. Crease each strip at these marks and tape the ends to make two separate squares.

4 Use two more strips to make two separate triangles. Starting at one end of each strip, measure and mark lines 3½ inches apart. Crease each strip at the marks and tape the long end over on each triangle.
