Removing or Changing the subtotals location:

1. Place the cursor on the pivot table.

2. Select the "DESIGN" tab “Subtotals”:

Sorting

Pivot tables are created already sorted in ascending order (alphabetical or numeric).

The sorting order can be changed by following the steps below:

1. Click on the arrow at the top of the field.

2. Select the desired type of sorting:
