Scal oped Potatoes

A delicious creamy side dish.

Cooking Time: 6 hours

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

4 cups broccoli florets

2 lb. cubed ham

2 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 cans water

10 sliced potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

Directions:

1. Add the broccoli florets, soups, ham, water to a zip-lock bag.

2. Label the bag and freeze.

3. Defrost the bag when ready and place everything in a slow cooker.

4. Add the potato slices

5. Stir well and cook on low for 6 hours.

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Stir in the cheese and turn off the slow cooker.
