The Model of a Domain-Driven Design project is the solution to a specific problem; it’s how we approach what the business is trying to solve by hiring us as technical experts and developers.

So, after several discussions, defining the common language (or Ubiquitous Language, as it’s called in Domain-Driven Design), and gaining enough knowledge about the specific Domain to meet the business needs, the Model is what we will produce.

The Model typically represents an aspect of reality or something of interest. Often, it also simplifies the bigger picture by focusing on the important parts of the solution and ignoring everything else. This means that the Model should concentrate on the knowledge related to a specific problem, which is simplified and organized to provide a solution.
