Here are some examples of statements which lead to questions:

• “The circuit performed very well and gave the expected results.” How well? What results?

• “An advantage of this circuit is the fact that its dynamic range is limited only by the stray capacitance of the circuit.” What is the range usually limited by? Why is this circuit different? What’s the advantage?

• “The speed is limited by the mechanical design of the terminal rather than by the transmission system.” Why? Limited how much?
