Determine the pace, as a good interviewer knows you may need a little time to compose a good response, so take your time in answering the questions.
Listen carefully and if you donât fully understand the question, ask for clarification.
Donât allow yourself to become agitated, especially if some of the questions seem irrelevant.
Remember the interviewer may need some time to make notes between questions so donât worry unnecessarily about short silences.
Make sure you have the interviewerâs email details so that after the interview you can send a thank you note. In that note, reiterate your interest in the role and outline key points discussed and what you think you can bring to the table.

Picture yourself entering the room feeling calm and in control
