TO LAY THE GRID:

1. If you are laying the complete Flower of Life or the Seed of Life inner grid, you will need a template to follow, because precise positioning is important. Lay the template on a colored background or a material appropriate for your purpose.

2. Hold your crystals in your hands and state your intention for the grid.

3. Place the keystone in the center of the grid to anchor it.

4. With focused attention, lay a crystal in the center of each flower shape.

5. Lay crystals radiating along the petals of each flower or along the arcs, according to what pleases your inner eye. Trust your intuition.

6. Lay the outer circle with protective crystals, if you’re creating a boundaried grid.

7. To activate the grid, gaze at it through softly focused eyes until the energy lights up the grid. (If you’re not an experienced practitioner, this may be something you sense or intuit rather than see with your physical eyes.)

8. To dismantle the grid, remove the keystone, and then remove the crystals in the reverse order in which you laid them. The space in which the grid was laid will almost certainly require sound or a clearing essence to completely dismantle it since its energetic imprint is long-lasting.
