3.3 A discussion of the practical implementation of the recipe

As was mentioned in section 3.2 the first two steps of the recipe are trivial both theoretically and practically. The only step that should be discussed is step 3.

There are two technological problems that must be solved, and if they are solved then practical implementation of our recipe is straightforward.

Technological problem 1: How does one embed a large number of small impedance particles into a given material in a bounded domain Ω according to the distribution law (2.129)?
