Chapter 7 - The Path Lights Up for You

Let’s suppose someone follows these instructions. What are some of the things they can expect? Can you give us an example of the “path” lighting up?

One good example immediately comes to mind, and it relates to a recent manifestation which I had. For the past few months I’ve been experiencing an almost unbearable itch all over my body when I started to sweat. It was perplexing me as I could not trace it to any probable cause. I have no skin problems and this was just a general itch without any visible signs of a rash. In the past, I would probably have been tempted to focus a whole lot on the perceived “problem” itself, which meant buying all sorts of creams and trying all sorts of medications for the itch. I would probably go to a skin doctor and do lots of research. But this time round, I immediately focused on the end result I desired, which was to be free of the itch… for my skin to be healthy, radiant and restored to its original condition. I held this intention lightly and persisted at it, especially each time I felt the itch.

Then the strangest thing happened. A few days later when I was out shopping, I suddenly felt an urge to check out the section of the store where they sold shower creams and soaps. I felt guided to try a new brand of shower cream, something I had not done in at least a decade! You must understand how unusual this was for me, because when I find a brand I like, I tend to stick with it! It is extremely difficult to get me to try a different product, especially since this was what I have been using for the past ten years! I liked everything about it including the scent! I am sure many of our readers can relate to this. But I’ve learned to listen when the Universe sends me nudges, so I went ahead and tried a new brand. Within a few days of showering with the new product, the itch went away considerably in terms of its intensity and coverage, letting me know that I was on the right path. The Universe literally answered me within a few days.

What is noteworthy in this example is that I simply set a light intention and let the Universe dictate the path. Had I insisted that my manifestation come to me in a particular way, for example through a cream or some kind of medication… that would have been doing it the hard way! The Universe, which is really infinite intelligence, always knows what is needed to solve the issue you have at hand. The Universe does not even perceive a “problem” the way we perceive it. To the Universe, there are no “problems” to be solved because everything can be easily replaced with a new version of reality. It just gives whatever you want to you,
