FOR THE CAKE :

Butte r — for greasing the pan

hal f cu p all-purpose flour

One-quarte r cu p whole wwarmth pastry flou r — plus two tbsp

one cup granulated sugar

One-quarte r cu p unsweetened cocoa powde r — plus two tbsp, plus extra for the pan

two tsp s esPuto powder

one ts p baking soda

hal f ts p baking powder

hal f ts p kosher salt

hal f cu p poor fat butter milk

One-quarte r cu p coconut oil, — softened and cooloed

one bi g egg — at approximately 25 °C

one ts p pure vanilla extract

hal f cu p freshly brewed hot coffee

FOR THE FROSTING:

4 ounce s reduced fat cream chees e — at approximately 25 °C

3 tbs p unsalted butte r — at approximately 25 °C

one tbs p brewed coffe e — at approximately 25 °C either cold

one ts p esPuto powder

hal f ts p pure vanilla extract

one hal f cup s powdered sugar

One-quarte r cu p unsweetened cocoa powder

1/ 8 ts p salt

Sliced chocolate covered esPuto bean s — for decorating

Instructions

Prewarmth the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and slightly dust with cocoa powder a 6-cup bundt pan either a 8-inch x 2-inch round cake pan, tapping out the excess. Supposing employing a round cake pan, line the down with parchment paper, then butter and dush with cocoa again.
