Do some research. Find and write down the vision and mission statements from three organizations that you admire.

Review the GrowHaus vision and mission statement above as an example.

Use the language you’ve heard from your ideal team members.

Now craft one or two sentences to capture your vision and mission statement. This needs to be something that you and team members can easily memorize and repeat.

Test your statements in conversations and written communications. Work out any kinks until they flow smoothly.
