Slice & Bake Spiral Cookies

Recipe 1

Makes 12 x 3-inch round cookies

Ingredients:

Food Coloring

Sprinkles

Steps:

1. Take bowl of core ingredients

2. Divide dough in half.

3. Dye each half a different color.

4. Roll each between parchment paper to ¼-inch.

5. Layer the doughs and then roll up to form a spiral.

6. Roll the cookie log in sprinkles.

7. Slice and bake. (REMEMBER - NO CHILLING REQUIRED!)

Notes:

We went for a “Who-ville” type cookie (bright teal and purple with a large snowflake sprinkle in the center). A traditional red and green swirl rolled in Christmas sprinkles would look beautiful on any holiday cookie plate, too.
