Exercise and Movement

Given your sometimes-anxious nature, we recommend walking. You can do it fast or slow, but the steadying action will calm you down. Same with kayaking, canoeing, dancing, or anything rhythmic. Want to stay motivated? Get an exercise buddy or talk on the phone while you’re moving. And audiobooks and music to motivate you also work well.

Yoga is great as a stress buster for Communicators; the breathing boosts the thyroid.

But what if you have hypothyroidism? Pick up your pace; try flow yoga. Lift weights. Keep off that weight with moderate or high-aerobic activities. Run. Hike. Row. Or walk fast.

Mindfulness and Spiritual Practices

Among all the chakra types, it’s most vital for you to gain control of your intuitive gift. You only want to connect with beings that are supportive of your true self, not with any others. To do so, we suggest you use the following exercises, in the order offered.
