018 - The cuisine of a different world… and cat girls!

After they returned to the inn Sou went to his room and for some reason Lexa was following him.

「Lexa, this is my room isn’t it?」(Sou)

As we got down we couldn’t find Jack but instead saw a young girl standing behind the reception. She looked about as old as Lexa. The girl called out to them.

「Wow, you are much younger than I thought after listening to Dad! Are you going out?」(Girl)

「Are you by any chance…… the daughter of Jack!?」(Lexa)

Lexa, don’t be deceived. At least not as much as you were when I was talking about the dog ears. It’s for a reason that we call him “old man”.

「Yes. I’m the daughter of Jack Hamilton, Keimi Hamilton. It’s usually my job to be at the reception desk and not my fathers.」(Keimi)

「Please take good care of me, Keimi-chan. It’s a relief to see a girl in the same age group as me.」(Lexa)

Oh! Keimi-chan is ignoring the -chan. Good job, Lexa. Still, I can’t feel relieved over Lexas remark just now. Well… whatever.

「By the way, Keimi-chan. Do you know where we can eat good food around here?」(Lexa)

「If you want some really good food, there is a cheap restaurant across the street.」(Keimi)

「Really? I’m saved that it is so close by. My stomach is completely empty! Thanks for the info. Let’s go, Sou!」(Lexa)

「Yes.」(Sou)

Without being able to join the conversation, the talk has already ended. The girl looks like a good and simple child.
