5. Cover the pans and let the loaves rise until they are above the rims of the loaf pans, this usually takes about an hour.

6. Ensure your oven is heated to 400 degrees before baking the loaves for 10 minutes, reducing the temperature of the oven 25 degrees and baking the bread for an additional 25 minutes at the lowered temperature. The internal temperature of the finished loaves should be 200 degrees. Cool on wire racks prior to serving. Add in fresh sea salt to the crust of your bread for some added flavor.
