Add an operator to a menu

Intro

When you define and register an Operator you can use it by tapping the space bar, typing in part of its name and then executing it. But for many operators it makes more sense to add it to a suitable menu instead.

In this recipe we show how you can find the name of the menu to which you can add your operator and how to create a function to actually append it to the menu, optionally with a descriptive icon.
