What is Looksmaxing?
It should be clear by now that dating success in this day and age is mainly dependent on looks, whether a man or woman wants to admit it or not. Moreover, you can further optimize your chances by using the methods of the two major dating streams - both mainstream dating and pickup can do their part, but without the physical basis it will remain a bleak, or at least inefficient endeavor.
Looksmaxing is a relatively new term that has established itself in the manosphere. It describes all actions that improve oneâs appearance and aims to achieve the maximum possible attractiveness for oneself. The beauty industry is one of the largest in the world and hardly any woman can escape it; no field gains more female attention than looksmaxing. Women have been doing this for millennia because they have understood what matters to the opposite sex. Conversely, we men have yet to realize this.
Until now, the whole topic of beauty largely passed us men by. On weekends, we styled our hair a bit and applied the better perfume, and some even did a bit of sports and paid attention to their diet in order to stay reasonably slim, but the adjusting screws that a normal heterosexual man operated in terms of his appearance were manageable. In contrast, if you take a look at the gay market, you will find a much larger percentage of men trying to get the most out of their appearance. For gay men, similar to women, it is clear: for their target group, appearance ranks number one and accordingly they prioritize looksmaxing. It is not uncommon for women to find homosexual men very attractive on the outside or, conversely, to suspect that a man who does a lot for his appearance might be gay. It seems to be so unusual even today to pay special attention to oneâs appearance as a man.
Women have an enormous tactical advantage through Looksmaxing. Between a natural, unmade-up woman and the same woman, who is styled from top to bottom, can be worlds apart. Videos are circulating on the Internet, which conjured up a presentable woman even from a granny, who certainly would not have to go home alone in the club. Very impressively, the effects of Looksmaxing were depicted in the famous TV series âThe Swanâ for the broad mainstream masses: below-average looking, bland women were transformed into the outwardly best version they could be in a process that lasted several weeks. It might also be interesting for you to see how stark the contrast is in a before and after picture. The internet has many such pictures from âThe Swanâ, just take a look at them when you get a chance and consider that it could be you too.
Once succumbed to the make-up boost, many women no longer want to present their normal appearance. Itâs no coincidence that there are all those jokes about the shock the next morning after the one-night stand, when the rude (no makeup) awakening comes.
