Cinnamon Pear Crumble Cakes
Enriched with sour cream and studded with chunks of pear, these cakes have a delicious nutty, cinnamon-spiced crumble surprise filling as well. They are perfect to serve at room temperature for afternoon tea or warm with cream or ice cream for dessert. Use a ripe pear that is still a little firm for the best results, avoiding very soft ones.
