Cappuccino and White Chocolate Cake

Coffee and white chocolate, two of our favoriteflavors, come together in this delicious layer cake.

Ingredients:

Sponge:

11 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)

9 ounces self-raising flour

7 ounces caster sugar

4 small eggs (beaten)

1½ tsp baking powder

¼ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:

3 + 1 ounces white chocolate (3 melted and 1 grated)

½ cup double cream

2 tbsp espresso coffee

3 ounces powdered sugar (sifted)

2 ounces dark chocolate (grated)

1½ ounces roasted hazelnuts (chopped for garnish)
