Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, add curry, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic and mix well.

2. In a pan set over medium-high heat cook oil until heated through.

3. Add the chicken pieces and sear them for about 4 minutes per side.

4. With a slotted spoon, transfer the chicken into a bowl.

5. Add the cooked chicken, tomato sauce, garlic mixture, cream of coconut and mix well.

6. Set the heat to low setting and cook for about 25 minutes.
