Why? Because whilst the valuation process is systemised, valuers look for comparable sales in the area of recent sales, in order to arrive at the final valuation price. At the end of the day, it’s more an art than science and their egos are on the line…they have the right not to change their minds. And that’s exactly what they do… they never change their minds.
