9. Inhale to come out of the pose, pressing your front leg into the floor. Return upright to a wide stance.
10. Repeat on the other side.
Guidelines
To make the pose easier, bend your right elbow and place above the knee on the right thigh.
To stretch the side bodies even more, extend your upper arm alongside your ear (position B).
Press your lower ribs forward, your upper ribs back. Try to create length along both sides of the torso.
Firm your shoulder blades against the back ribs.
Pull the upper shoulder toward the back. Press your right arm against your knee to twist a little more.
From your third chakra, fire up the power line from your straight leg to your extended fingertips.
