Wolf cradled Dog in his arms and crooned, "Rock-a-bye, Wolfie, in your big bed..."

Wolf lay down on the floor. His big eyes closed and his big ears flopped. The Big Bad Wolf was fast asleep.

Dog wriggled free. They all tiptoed past Wolf, then bolted out the door and down the path.
