Ingredients

CRUST

¼ cup butter

¼ cup shortening

1¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons ice water

½ teaspoon vinegar

FILLING

15 oz. can pumpkin

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

4 eggs

1 cup apple butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped candied pecans

TOPPING

8 oz. Cool Whip

⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon clear vanilla
