The entire scrum team is made up of three roles.

The product owner (PO)

Before carrying out any scrum project implementation activity, you need to find a relevant person who is willing to be a product owner.

The product owner is a person who guides the team towards creating the right product and is solely responsible for managing the product backlog by:
