Lucas and Nixon invested their free time digging for the treasure of the Whisperer. If they would discover it, they'll generously give half to the camp. Conner wasn’t sure if that was even a possibility. Even tempered Dwayne offers to chase for fortune, in spite of the fact that Conner suspects he, for the most part, needs to keep some for himself.

Conner overheard Dwayne asking Nixon, “Do you think the ripped paper and the note on my bed came from...” Dwayne shuddered, frightfully. “The... WHISPERER?!?!” Conner told Adrian of Dwayne’s giving in to the prank, and they both laugh till their stomachs hurt!

William says that he has the plan to save the camp, to the people who ask what he’s doing to spare the camp, but he won’t say no more. “What’s your part to save the camp again?” asks Dwayne sarcastically. This had to be his hundredth time asking William that question. “You’ll see...” answered William, quickly.

Conner and Adrian just hope their prank of the year will work good enough to become the most viral video on YouTube.

Adrian and Conner wait for William, behind a tree, to come and distract Bella and Heather, who is reorganizing the shed. When William comes later than planned, Conner asks what took him so long, but William absentmindedly replies he was messaging someone, as he turns to the counselors’ direction. Adrian and Conner fixed rope for the “ghost” to hang on, knotted to the trees, and mainly because of William stalling Bella and Heather with his questions about the camp.

That night, Conner headed to the shed silently from the campfire, to get everything prepared. Yes, he ended up with faintly glow-in-the-dark hands from the gleam stick leak that won't entirely wash off, but he kept them in his pockets when he rejoined. Adrian waited for the right minute to pull the string.

Dwayne was telling the campers another story of the Whisperer, and he was feeling hot. Dwayne pulled out his mini-fan out, cooling himself. When Dwayne reached the scariest part, Adrian pulled the string to make the ghost swing towards Dwayne.

But just as the Whisperer was about to reach Dwayne’s head, he put his fan near his head. The ghost flew to the direction opposite of Dwayne, as Dwayne scrunched his eyebrows at the object, and then crashed into the fan.

The balloon popped with a loud POP, making the glow sticks break and leak all over the place! Soon enough, everyone was covered with green, glowing liquid! The glow-in-the-dark hat and the torn clothes shot off in opposite directions; the clothes were hitting Dwayne, who yells something about bats eating him, and the cap hitting Lucas, who tripped into Nixon.

“What happened here?” said a husky, man-like voice, wavering over Lucas. The body who said the question wore a wide-brimmed hat that covered his face and the hat was covered in the glow-in-the-dark liquid. “AHHH! It’s the Whisperer!!!” Lucas screamed, as he ran and tripped over a stick, landing a face-plant with a SPLAT!

Everybody began hollering, and glow-in-the-dark hands were hysterically waving everywhere.
