I woke up the next day feeling good and I didn't even get a headache. Well that's a good thing. I felt two strong arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
"Good morning, babygirl." He kissed my neck. I giggled.
I turned around and caressed his face. "Last night, was special to me."
"You remembered?"
"As soon as you bit me, I sobered up. Maybe you healed me, who knows how many powers you have." I said as he chuckled. "But I remember."
"So you also remember this?" He said as he grabbed my hand and touch the ring.
"That I did not. The only thing I remembered was us having sex." I said as I looked at the beautiful ring. "Was it my idea or yours?"
"Yours, and I fought it because you were drunk, then I cave in and the minister refused at first, until I compelled him. I know that was wrong and I should've just stop it. But-"
I laughed. "Only you would compel a minister." I pecked his lips.
"Yeah, but now you're mine and only mine. Thanks for suggesting getting married." He kissed me. "Were you afraid of us not being together in the future?"
I lowered my face. That was my fear, us not being together. I guess in my drunken state, I suggested that so we could be together forever.
"Hey." He wiped my tears and made me face him, "you're the only one I want. If I was a werewolf, I'm one hundred percent sure, I would've imprinted on you."
"Werewolves exist?"
"I say some romantic stuff and that's what you get?" He gave me a look, I giggled. "Yeah they do, we've made peace with them."
"I guess the world is full of surprises." I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck.
"Sarai, I love you and only you. I'm glad you suggested getting married and that you gave me a good fight." He chuckled as I did too. "I bought that ring a month ago. I wanted to propose on Christmas, but I guess your birthday also worked."
"You carried this ring or did you waited until we got here?"
"When we got here I put it on you." He grinned. "Move in with me?"
"I love you." I kissed him. "Eighteen, married and moving in with my husband."
"Yes and about to have some real fun with your husband." His eyes turned red.
That sounds so surreal, more than knowing vampires exist. Maybe they're at the same wavelength. And boy did we have some fun. I love him so much. After our amazing time, we went to his kitchen and made breakfast.
"I can so get used to this." He said before drinking his coffee.
"Me too." I blushed. "You know, I told my dad yesterday that, when I turned 18 I would move in with you, he almost chocked." We laughed. "I didn't think it would come true."
"Now we need to break the news to your dad. Who, by the way will most likely, hurt me." He sighed.
"Aren't you stronger than him?"
"I am, but your dad got turned by a royal vampire, meaning, he is strong.
