Now if you like, mentally repeat âI am abundantâ, three times again, with full feeling. (long pause)
Know that this thought has been recorded in your being and is already changing the course of your life.
Externalization
Bring awareness back to your heart centre. (pause)
Notice the heart centre rising on inhalation, falling on exhalation. (pause)
Bring awareness back to your body.
Yoga Nidra is now complete. (pause)
Feel your body peacefully resting. (pause)
Feel the support beneath you. (pause)
Notice the temperature of the space youâre in. (pause)
Notice the sounds. Close sounds, far sounds. (long pause)
Take a few deep breaths. (long pause)
Now wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch or move your body, any way you like. (pause)
If youâre lying down, when youâre ready, roll to your right side. Take a few deep breaths here. And if it feels good, mentally repeat once more, âI am abundantâ. (long pause)
If you were lying down, keeping your eyes closed, slowly press yourself up to sitting. (long pause)
Weâll finish by chanting Om three times and Shanti three times. Weâll pause for silence, and when youâre ready, open your eyes.
Take a deep breath inâ¦
Om Om Om Shanti Shanti Shanti (pause)
Enjoy the sensation of abundance throughout your day.
