Sour Cream Style Pound Cake
This is one classic white cake recipe that will please anybody who tries a bite of it. It is smooth and creamy on the inside with a delicious crust on the outside, this is one cake that I know your friends and family will be begging for.
Serving Size: 14 Servings
Preparation Time: 1 Hour and 45 Minutes
List of Ingredients:
• 1 Cup of Butter, Soft
• 3 Cups of Sugar, Granulated Variety
• 6 Eggs, Large in Size and Beaten Lightly
• 1 Cup of Sour Cream
• ½ teaspoon of Salt, For Taste
• 1 teaspoon of Baker’s Style Baking Powder
• 3 Cups of Flour, All Purpose Variety
• 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla, Pure

Instructions:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up spray a large sized Bundt pan with a generous amount of cooking spray.
2. Then use a large sized bowl and add in your soft butter and white sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until fluffy in consistency. Add in your eggs and sour cream. Beat again until thoroughly combined.
3. Use a separate medium sized bowl and add in your flour, dash of salt and baker’s style baking powder. Stir thoroughly to combine and pour into your butter mixture. Stir again until thoroughly incorporated.
4. Add in your vanilla and stir until mixed.
5. Spoon this freshly made batter into your prepared Bundt pan.
6. Place into your oven to bake for the next 90 minutes or until completely baked through. Remove and allow to cool for the next 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
