Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease muffin tins or line with paper cups.
Place ⅓ cup sunflower seeds in blender or food processor. Process until finely ground.
In large bowl, combine ground seeds, flours, baking powder, and salt.
In small bowl, beat egg. Stir in oil, honey, and milk.
Add to dry ingredients and stir just to blend. Stir in remaining sunflower seeds. Divide among muffin cups.
Bake about 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched.
