Exercise 26-B / Variation
In this version, the person rises completely on each leg in the same manner as above, taking his hands off the floor. As soon as he is upright, both feet should be on the floor.
Exercise 27 / Shaking a leg loose
From the relaxed standing position described in exercise 13, extend one leg off the ground and flip the ankle repeatedly to shake loose any tension. Do the same with the other leg. Keep the standing leg bent at all times.
