Salted cookie cups with Caramel
The salted caramel flavor in these cookie cups is to die for. The way Scrooge was always after money, you will always be after these caramel cookie cups.
Serving size: 24
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
Top and fill caramel (prefer Nestléâs) (390 grams can)
Ripple biscuits (Arnottâs choc) (24)
Salt flakes (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven up to 356 °F. Use the patty pan (having 12-holes) and place biscuit over 6 of the holes. To soften slightly, bake for about 2 minutes. With help of a teaspoon gently press the softened biscuits into the holes to create cups. Cool them before transferring to the wire rack. Repeat the process for other 3 batches.
In a mixing bowl, place the caramel and whisk until it gets smooth. Divide among cookie cups. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes in order to make it firm.
Use salt flakes to sprinkle on the top of cookie cups.
Serve!
