Method of Preparation:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9” pie plate

Cook bacon until brown, drain & dry and crumble.

Spread bacon, cheese and onion into the dish.

Mix the milk, eggs and baking mix with pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the bacon mixture.

Bake 40 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!

With baked beans and ground beef all under a crust, this dish is a perfect summer recipe to share with the whole family!

Serves: 6 - 8

Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs. ground beef

¼ c. onion, chopped

¼ tsp. pepper

2 – 15 oz. cans baked beans with pork

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 c. bbq sauce

1 c. biscuit baking mix

½ c. milk

1 egg

¼ c. cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tbsp. bbq sauce
