Crush the Oreos to a powder using a food processor.

Blend the Oreo powder with the cream cheese & vanilla extract.

Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls & set them onto a cookie sheet lined with max paper.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Line two new baking sheets with wax paper.

Using a double-boiler, melt the milk chocolate.

Coat each ball with the melted chocolate. Use a slotted spoon to lift the balls out & set them onto the cookie sheets.

In a different double boiler, melt the white chocolate this time.
